In his determination to encourage education and ease the financial burden on parents the Agaie local government council boss approves the sum of 1.5 million naira to Agaie students studying in Niger state school of midwifery and nursing sciences and also IJMB students in Agaie study centre.
In a statement signed by the special assistant ICT and Public Enlightenment, Idris Mohammed Gidichi notes that the sum of N500 thousand naira was approved to school of midwifery students and 1 million naira to IJMB students respectively.
“Aside from the reconstruction of primary schools and provision of learning materials to some schools in Agaie, this administration is committed to payment of school school fees.
He said, “ this gesture will surely bring great relief to parents and guardians across the local government. He added that his administration has an unwavering belief that education is the key to a secured future.
He however stated that this is a promise kept and It is line with the redeemed agenda of his led administration.
