NIGERIA IMMIGRATION SERVICE FLAGS OFF 2025 CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK
The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, KN Nandap, pcc, mmis, fsmn, has charged officers and men of the Service to step up efforts towards exceeding customers’ expectations at all service windows, as the Service formally flagged off activities marking the 2025 Customer Service Week at the Service Headquarters, Abuja.

In a statement signed by the Service Public Relations Officer, Assistant Comptroller of Immigration, AS Akinlabi, the Comptroller General emphasized the year’s theme, “Mission: Possible Meeting and Exceeding Expectations,” stressing the importance of professionalism, empathy, and continuous improvement in service delivery. She reiterated that every officer represents the image and integrity of the Service in their daily interactions with the public and must uphold the highest standards of customer care and responsiveness.
