My Presidency will promote private sector growth, provide massive job for the youth- Jack-Rich
Oil mogul, Tein Jack-Rich, has said that his presidency will promote growth in the private sector and move oil and gas production to three millions barrels per day, thereby creating massive jobs for the youth.
Jack-Rich made this statement at his formal declarations to run for the president on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) on Friday in Abuja
He explained that the education sector is one area he will dissipate his energy on, by ensuring that students are given the enabling environment to study as only sound education and meaningful engagement of youths would address the insecurity challenges in Nigeria,
Adding that no amount of military deployment can end the menace.
The presidential aspirant, while addressing his supporters, narrated his life story of how he lived as a street boy in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, after losing both parents at a tender age.
He said despite the situation he found himself in, he did not take to criminality till he became someone in life.
Speaking earlier, a former Governor of Bauchi State, Isa Yuguda, who is the chairman of his campaign organization, urged the ruling APC to consider the track record of Jack-Rich in the private sector.
Yuguda maintained that Nigeria cannot afford to have someone who has been ”looting” the public treasury for years continue the same trajectory.
