PEACE CORPS OF NIGERIA COMMISERATE WITH DR. OMOLOLA AMAO AHMMED, DNC FINANCE AND ACCOUNT AS SHE BURIES MOTHER

 

The Peace Corps of Nigeria has commiserated with the Deputy National Commandant, Finance and Account at the Headquarters Abuja, Pat. Omolola Ahmmed Amao on the shocking and unfortunate demise of her mother over the weekend.

 

Peace Corps of Nigeria delegation was led by the National Commandant, Prof. Dickson Akoh to the burial which took place in Jos, Plateau State today, 16th March, 2022.

 

Speaking shortly after the laying to rest of the deceased, Prof. Dickson Akoh expressed shock over the untimely death of late Mrs Taiyelolu Adenike Ahmed, the dear mother of DNC FA. Prof Akoh eulogized the life and time of the matriarch whom he said the Corps will miss so dearly. The National Commandant described the motherly love and role of the deceased as unparalleled, adding that the late Mrs Taiyelolu is a peace loving and compassionate mother that accommodates everyone that comes her way.

 

Prof. Akoh while consoling with Dr. Omolola Amao Ahmmed and other family members and love ones encouraged all those who are bereaved to take solace in God as the deceased no doubt died in the Lord while worshipping in His presence. He asked them to see death as a necessary end and a due which we must all pay at the right time.

Also speaking is the Assistant National Commandant Administration ANC, Pat. MK Mohammed who consoled with the family of DNC FA. He prayed that God will give all those in pain the fortitude to bear the untimely death of the deceased whom he said is a mother to all and a devoted Christan.

An internment service was conducted for the deceased at the Mountain of Fire Miracle Ministry, Jos with the following Ministers of the gospel in attendance: Pst. Joy Igwe (Regional Overseer), Pst. Ayelabola Sunday Olalekan, Pst. Bethel Nwoha, Pst. Kenneth Chinwuba and Pst. John Onoja.

The National Commandant was accompanied to the burial by ANC Admin, ANC International, ANC Personnel and Records, Zonal Commandant, North Central, ANC Headquarters, Nassarawa State Commandant, Bauchi State Commandant, Plateau State Commandant, Deputy Commandant Administration, Nassarawa Command and other Officers and men of the Corps.

Dr. Omolola appreciates the Corps and all those who came to share in their moment of grief. She asked God to bless and grant everyone journey mercy to their various locations.

The body of late Mrs Taiyelolu Adenike Ahmed was laid to rest at Lo Dung Gwom Cemetery, Rayfield, Jos Plateau State.
